Not all Hotels.com booking will include our Express Breakfast (Continental Buffet) if you wish to add this to your booking please let us know on arrival and we will add it to your booking.
With Hotels.com you can choose to pay Hotels.com or to pay Holly House. You may be given a choice when booking.
You can cancel your Hotels.com booking using your confirmation email from Hotels.com or by calling them on 0203 027 6612 (24 hour line).
Once you’ve cancelled your stay they will send you confirmation – you might need this for your travel insurer to prove you couldn’t stay with us if you need to make a claim.
