Not all Booking.com bookings will include our Express Breakfast (Continental Buffet) if you wish to add this to your booking please let us know on arrival and we will add it to your booking.
With Booking.com you pay direct to Holly House.
You can cancel your Booking.com booking using your confirmation email from Booking.com or by calling them on 020 3564 6725 (24 hour line).
Once you’ve cancelled your stay they will send you confirmation – you might need this for your travel insurer to prove you couldn’t stay with us if you need to make a claim.

It's always best to carefully read over your booking before your purchase it to ensure the dates and rooms are correct and the room described is suitable. We keep a close eye to ensure information is current but errors can still happen.
