Good to know
The comparison must be like for like - the same room type, rate type, meal options, cancellation policy and payment policy.
The price must be visible online when we check from your application.
The Best Price Guarantee applies for 72 hours from the time of reservation.
If the prices are the same.
We all like a good deal and sometime the prices might be the same or very similar in price but check what extra's are included. You'll always get our continental buffet breakfast included with your booking if you book direct on our site but it may not be included with Booking.com, Hotels.com, Laterooms.com, Expedia and other booking site (travel agent) reservations.
Holly House Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions
We don't like small print but we cant have complete anarchy and have tried to keep it short!
- For non refundable bookings: Holly House will issue you with a voucher for the difference in price provided you make an application up to 72 hours after you made your reservation. You must contact us no more than 71 hours and 59 minutes from the time you made your reservation. The room with the lower price must be available for booking at the time you contact us.
- For refundable bookings: Holly House will reduce your booking by an amount equal to the difference in price provided you make an application up to 72 hours after you made your reservation. You must contact us no more than 71 hours and 59 minutes from the time you made your reservation. The room with the lower price must be available for booking at the time you contact us.
- Comparison must be the identical: The Best Price Guarantee is only available for exact matches. This means it must include the same: room type, property, meals, applicable cancellation policy, applicable deposit policy and the same travel dates as booked with Holly House. The Best Price Guarantee is not available where the name of the property or other details are unknown until after making a purchase.
- Comparison must be available to the general public: The Best Price Guarantee only applies to prices both advertised and available for purchase by the general public. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to membership rates offered by competitor websites: corporate discounts, membership rate, rewards programme, incentive, available by auction or similar or available by coupon. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to reservations where you call to get the rate or where you received the rate by email.
- Claim verification: All applications are subject to verification by Holly House. We will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence that we cannot independently confirm.
- Refunds for refundable bookings (approved): we will reduce the rate for your reservation and upon check-out where the balance of the reservation is settled you will receive a refund if applicable. This will not apply if you increase the value of the booking such that the rate is increased above the discount.
- Refunds for non refundable bookings (approved): you will receive a coupon code email. The voucher will only be valid for telephone reservations. Separate terms and conditions will apply to the coupon.
- Changes: we reserve the right to modify, change or remove the Best Price Guarantee without notice or limit availability to regions and persons at our sole discretion.
